As a nonprofit organization, we must complete at least one service project annually benefiting women and children. It is a wonderful way to teach our children about giving to those in need and caring for others. In past years, our club has worked with Toys For Tots to donate toys and local organizations to donate meals and collect gifts or money to families.
We collect toys for Toys for Tots in November and December. During this drive, we offer pictures with Santa. Along with toys, this year we also gave a monetary donation.
We collect school supplies in August for school aged children in need so that they can start the school year off with the supplies they need.
We gather baby supplies as well as household supplies for new mothers in need to get started on their own with a newborn.
The Food Pantry provides food to many needy families in Burlington county.
We collect Halloween Candy the week following Halloween and donate it to the Ronald McDonald House in Camden.
Our goal is to collect donations of NEW bras and feminine hygiene products to support the work of Distributing Dignity, a non-profit, volunteer-run organization headquartered in Cherry Hill, NJ.
